HPS Simulations - The best PC wargames on the market.  Maybe the best wargames on the market, period.

Imaginative Strategist - Brilliant site with maps, counters, scenarios, etc. for the Avalon Hill classics PanzerBlitz and Panzer Leader. Class act that Ward McBurney.

Victory Point Games - Here at WM we live solidly in the past, but Alan Emrich and co. knock it out of the park with these entertaining, playable games. Buy them all.
