In case you were looking for it, the Game Archive Downloads page has been taken down. Most of what I offer here has been showing up for sale on other people's websites. The only way I know how to stop this is to simply abandon the Game Preservation Project as a "public" enterprise. I will continue , to the best of my ability, keep working hard to bring old games back to life. Unless I can figure out a way to change things, the games will not be made available.
I have given a lot of time to this project, and have tried very hard to do things the right way. Contacting game designers, securing permission to post materials, receiving encouragement from many people "in the "business". It has all been very rewarding.
I will continue to do what I can to bring interesting articles, ads and such to this site.
